Due to the delays in identifying the correct switch and conflicting stories between the repairer and Repaircare I decided I had to do what I could to speed things up. I phoned Repaircare again to rearrange and they couldn't get hold of the engineers. They kept telling me to phone back which I did. Booked another visit but then found out the engineers decided they weren't taking on any more jobs until further notice.
